The Vul­can sys­tem is based on Ger­man 36 Volt Impulse-Tech­no­logy. The sys­tem treats water with elec­tron­ic impulses, remov­ing limes­cale depos­its in an envir­on­ment­ally friendly, “green” way. A 48-volt ver­sion of the sys­tem is also com­ing in early 2026.

CWT has been devel­op­ing and refin­ing this oper­at­ing prin­ciple for more than 30 years.

The Vul­can unit uses cus­tom-made insu­lated cop­per impulse cables. Max­im­um per­form­ance depends on how the impulses are con­duc­ted into the water. The design of the cables increases the sur­face area that trans­mits the impulses. This makes impulse trans­mis­sion up to 21 per cent more effi­cient without increas­ing harm­ful radi­ation.
